- Ulinzi Stars and Nairobi United were the only club to feature two players in the Best XI (Boniface Muchiri and Paul Okoth) and( Dan Wafula and Bernard Jairo ) respectively.
The penultimate round of the SportPesa League season concluded on Sunday, with eight of the nine scheduled matches played. The fixture between Mara Sugar and Gor Mahia remains pending following a ruling from the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT).
Crucially, Gor Mahia were crowned champions without kicking a ball after AFC Leopards failed to secure a victory against APS Bomet.
