Janet Bundi achieves incredible feat in Egypt

Harambee Starlets forward Janet Bundi bagged a hat-trick for the National Bank of Egypt in a topflight tie played on Saturday.

The three goals from the 27-year-old who joined the club in September this year helped her club hammer ENPPI 4-0.

Reacting after the match, said, “Grateful to have scored a hattrick for National Bank of Egypt in our Egypt Women’s Premier League match against ENPPI! Huge thanks to my coach and teammates for the support – couldn’t have done it without you.”

Henry Meja guides Swedish club to crucial Win

Meja was on the scoresheet for AFC Eskilstuna in a Swedish third-tier clash played on Sunday.

The player, on loan from top tier side AIK, found the back of the net in the 50th minute as he helped his club secure a 5-4 victory over Stocksund.

The other AFC Eskilstuna’s goals came courtesy of Aleksandr Azizovic, Erik Love and own goals from Felix Bennarp and Ludvig Axel.

On the other hand, the visitors hit the net via Shalom Ekong, David Dybeck, Simon Christian and Adam Italo (own goal).

Michael Olunga makes history in Qatar

Finally, Harambee Stars striker Michael Olunga scored two goals on Friday to help Qatar Stars League leaders Al Duhail beat Al Shamal 6-2.

Olunga scored the goal in the 24th minute and also provided two assists in the thrilling home match.

The goal was an important one since it brought his tally to 121, enabling him to become Al-Duhail’s all-time top scorer.

Lucas Verissimo, Almoez Ali (brace), Luis Alberto and Mohammed Musa (own goal) were also on the score sheet for Al-Duhail with Al-Shamal scoring their goals through Baghdad Bounedjah and Younes Belhanda.
