World champion Lando Norris cruised to his second successive win with victory at the Dutch Grand Prix on Sunday as the Formula One resumed after the summer break.
Norris started on pole and drove extremely well to win ahead of current title leader Kimi Antonelli and his Mercedes teammate George Russell.
The race was marred by a huge crash for local hero Max Verstappen, who came into the weekend with a new Red Bull contract extension through 2030.
The four-time world champion spun at the final corner on the opening lap of the race and smashed into the concrete wall lining the track.

His car spun back into the race track and was narrowly avoided by Alpine’s Pierre Gasly.
Verstappen had started seventh in the race, which drops off the Formula 1 calendar after this year. He immediately reported that he was OK after the crash.
Seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton finished in fourth place, ahead of his Ferrari teammate Chalres Leclerc who rounded up the top five places.
A total of six drivers did not finish the race in a weekend filled with loads of drama on the track.
The circuit takes a two-week break before the Italian Grand Prix on Sunday, September 6 at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
