Kenya Police FC vs Gor Mahia preview
Kenya Police remain the only unbeaten team in the league after AFC Leopards stumbled to Mara Sugar on Saturday in Awendo.
Additionally, Police have conceded the least number of goals in the Kenya Premier League this season, just two, although they have played four matches less due to commitments at the CAF Champions League 25/26.
They also boast of a solid defensive record with zero goals conceded after four matches for last season’s golden glove winner Job Ochieng’.

Kenya Police FC vs Gor Mahia team news
Ahead of the match, Police FC Head Coach Dusan Stojanovic maintained that they will take the fixture with all the seriousness like any other.
“For us, it’s about going into every match with the same approach, same focus, and to try and get the three points. I know it’s a big fixture for our fans, and we have to deliver,” he said.

On his part, Kogalo’s assistant coach Kofi Bisu Mensah emphasized the club’s need to win consecutive games, saying;
“For us as the technical bench and the players, we were disappointed to draw the last game after winning four matches.
We have reached a certain point where we have set the bar for ourselves not just for the results but also the performance. We have another chance to respond, and it’s a must-win game for us. I’m not underrating Police, but I don’t think they have better players than us.”
Gor recorded four straight wins before the 1-1 draw with Ulinzi Stars at Kasarani last Sunday. On the other hand, Edward Omondi haunted his former team Sofapaka to hand Police their second win of the season in the midweek clash.
The two teams have met eight times in the top flight: Police have won three times, there have been three draws, and two wins for Gor Mahia, both coming in 2023.
