Strathmore Leos picked up a huge 40-0 victory over Catholic Monks while KCB Rugby defeated Menengai Oilers 10-5.

Strathmore Leos humiliate Catholic Monks in Prinsloo 7s 2025 main cup semi-final game
The Nairobi based side dominated the one side clash from the first whistle with the likes of Victor Mola and Samuel Wafula running riots against the Monks.
Similar to Strathmore Leos, KCB Rugby also had an impressive start in their encounter that saw them dominated Oilers.
Although Menengai Oilers tried to bounce back after going down, the Bankers stood strong and in the end proceeded to the Prinsloo 7s 2025 main cup final.
The Prinsloo 7s 2025 final is scheduled to take place on Sunday evening, August 3, 2025.
