FIFA Club World Cup 2025
  • The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will be played between June 14 and July 13 in the United States.
  • Four teams from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) including Wydad and Mamelodi Sundowns will feature in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
  • PSG and Inter Milan, who played in the UEFA Champions League final, will also compete in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.

The stage is set for the expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025 that is scheduled to take place between June 14 and July 13.

A total of 32 sides from different regions of the world including Africa will battle it out for the prestigious FIFA Club World Cup 2025 laurel in different venues across the United States.

Some of the state-of-the-art facilities that will host the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 include Hard Rock Stadium (Florida), Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia), Lumen Field (Washington) and MetLife Stadium (New Jersey).

The 32 clubs, including the recently crowned UEFA Champions League winners PSG, multiple Premier League champions Chelsea, and Spanish heavyweights Real Madrid earned the rights to feature in this inaugural tournament through solid performances.

According to the organizers, 12 clubs from Europe will participate in this global showpiece while Africa will have only four representatives.

The eyes of most African football fans, particularly those from the Northern part of the continent will be on Al Ahly, Wydad, Mamelodi Sundowns and Espérance de Tunis.

Meanwhile, six clubs from South America, and four from Asia have also bagged the tickets to take part in the FIFA Club World Cup.
