Busy mid-season transfer windows
Gor Mahia, who are the record FKFPL champions, signed three foreigners in the recently closed transfer window.
These players include Ugandan striker Charles Bbaale and Cameroonian forward Patrick Essombe, who will be tasked with helping the team score goals, something that they have struggled to do this season while Congolese shot stopper Giscard Mavoungou will solidify the goalkeeping department.
Apart from the trio, Gor Mahia also secured the signatures of Ben Stanley, Kevin Monyi and Sydney Ogutu from Kakamega Homeboyz, Kisumu All Stars and Kibera United respectively.
Although it is not yet clear whether Mihic will give any of the new arrivals some minutes on Wednesday, the K’Ogalo fans should expect to see them in action soon.
Similar to Gor Mahia, Kariobangi Sharks were also very busy in the mid-season transfer window.
