Harambee Starlets head coach Beldine Odemba has revealed the squad that is going to play Tunisia in the second leg of the 2026 Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) tie that is planned for Wednesday February 26.

Harambee Starlets played to a barren draw with the North African team in the first leg clash that was held at the Ulinzi Sports Complex in Nairobi.

Although the Kenyan side enjoyed a lot of possession and created numerous chances, they failed to break down the Tunisian backline.

Most of the die-hard Harambee Starlets supporters were not happy with the manner in which Odemba approached the match.

According to them, Odemba, who doubles up as the Kenya Police Bullets tactician, took a long time before making substitutions in the match.

However, despite the backlash from the Harambee Starlets supporters, Odemba has a chance to gladden their hearts on Wednesday.

Odemba has included a lot of forwards in the 23-member team, an indication that he is going to field an attacking starting lineup.

Some of these forwards include Simba Queens red hot striker Jentrix Shikangwa, Emily Morang’a, Violet Nanjala and the experienced Tereza Engesha.
