The SportPesa Game ya Mbogi promotion is a weekly promotion that is free to play on the SportPesa official social media channels.
To participate in this promotion, the Customer must have successfully registered an account with the Company.
You participate in this promotion by voting for the team, from the three highlighted fixtures, that you would like to be included in the Mega Jackpot games for the coming week’s Mega Jackpot.
Unless the Company indicates otherwise, the Poll for each round of the promotion with take place between 8am and 8pm (EAT) on the Sunday preceding the coming week’s Mega Jackpot.
Entry for each round is available once you have voted in the poll, shared your phone number and screenshot of your prediction on a permitted social media platform (Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter) and Instagram before the poll closes. You cannot amend your entry once it has been submitted.
A total of 100 winners of each round of the promotion will be selected at random from the customers who voted for the highlighted fixtures with the highest number of votes.
The prize for the winners of each round of the promotion is a free bet in the coming week’s Mega Jackpot.
The prize will be reflected as a credit of Kes 99 in the Customers account which funds are non-withdrawal and can only be utilised to place a Mega Jackpot bet.
The Prizes will be automatically credited to individual winners SportPesa wallet within a maximum of 48 hours after the closure of the poll.
The Company reserves the right to amend the prizes as it deems fit, including introducing additional prizes.
The maximum period for utilising the prize is one hundred and eighty (180) days, failure to which the Company may deem the prize forfeited unless the period is extended at the sole discretion of the Company. All cash prizes will be credited into the customer’s SportPesa account wallet.

The SportPesa Game ya Mbogi feature is available at the discretion of the Company and the Company makes no guarantees regarding its availability. The Company will not be responsible if the SportPesa Game ya Mbogi Promotion is not available due to technical reasons.
The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any SportPesa Game ya Mbogi entry.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove the SportPesa Game ya Mbogi promotion (or any part of it) as it deems fit.
The Company reserves the right to use the names, video, audio, radio or other recordings, motion and still images of the winner, for purposes of publicity and marketing campaigns.
The Company reserves the right to verify, with the relevant authorities, any identification document presented by the customer, before making any payment to the winner.
The Company reserves the right to remove the SportPesa Game ya Mbogi Promotion for any customer or group of customers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer or groups of customers is/are misusing the Promotion.
