English Premier League leaders Arsenal are looking to maintain their winning start to the season when they travel to Brighton on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners have won all four of their opening games and are sitting pretty at the top of the log with 12 points.

Brighton have also had a commendable start to the Premier League season, losing just once and are in fifth place with seven points.

The Seagulls have shown that they can score goals in this early part of the season, coming off a statement 5-0 win over Coventry.

Both teams were winners on the road in the League Cup in midweek, Arsenal beating Ipswich 4-2, while Brighton stunned Manchester United 3-2.

The focus switches to the league this weekend as Mikel Arteta’s side looks to maintain their winning start as they bid to retain the PL title.

Arsenal have only conceded one goal in their opening four games, showing their defensive superiority – making this a tough test for the hosts.

Can Brighton finally get a win against their opponents, or will it be yet another Arsenal victory here? This is our predicted outcome for the match.

Brighton vs Arsenal prediction

Arsenal’s perfect league start and record of conceding only once in four matches provide a clear basis for considering an away win.

However, Brighton’s home advantage and attacking form make this a challenging fixture rather than a straightforward selection.

Goals would be a better option for the match as history shows both sides getting goals in the majority of the head-to-head matches.
