We are in for a treat this Saturday as the English Premier League takes center stage with seven matches being played across the country.

Newcastle head into this contest unbeaten after collecting four points from their opening two matches.
The Magpies began the season with a thrilling 2-2 draw against Liverpool before an impressive performance saw them beat Spurs 2-0 in North London.
They take on a Bournemouth side seeking a first win after losing 2-1 to Man City on opening weekend, before a 1-1 home draw against Everton.
The hosts are favorites as Anthony Elanga has already made an encouraging start following his summer move, while Yoane Wissa provides another attacking option.

However, Newcastle have not beaten the Cherries in the league since 2020 and were beaten 2-1 at home the last time these two sides met in April.

Sunderland, by contrast, are still looking for their first point after they began with a 2-1 defeat at Ipswich before losing 1-0 to Fulham.

The Bees bring a seven-game unbeaten streak into the contest, giving them the advantage here. The odds favor them to grind out a narrow win.

City have won both of their opening Premier League games under new manager Maresca and now prepare to host Frank Lampard’s Coventry.

Coventry, meanwhile, have lost both of their opening matches without scoring a single goal.
They lost 3-0 to champions Arsenal on the opening weekend before losing 1-0 narrowly to fellow promoted side Hull City.

These sides have not played against each other in a competitive match in over two decades.
The last head-to-head encounter resulted in a 4-2 win for Man City in a Championship game in 2002.

Nottingham have been dominant against Spurs in the recent past, beating them four out of the five times they have faced them.

Unai Emery’s side are still searching for their first point of the season after losing 4-0 to Brighton and 1-0 to Arsenal.
