Kenya Under 17 Women’s National Team head coach Mildred Cheche has named the provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Uganda, prioritizing continuity as the Junior Starlets enter the second stage of their qualification journey.

The squad mirrors the team that secured a dominant 7-1 aggregate victory over Namibia in the previous round. Coach Cheche’s decision to maintain the group signals high confidence in the team’s cohesion ahead of the East African derby.

While Kenya’s five star performance against Namibia, winning 2-1 away and 5-0 in Nairobi secured their progression, Uganda’s Teen Cranes arrive in equally formidable form.

Uganda eliminated Zimbabwe with a 6-1 aggregate score, winning 2-0 in Harare and 4-1 at the FUFA Stadium in Kadiba.
