The pressure is on West Ham to avoid defeat when they travel to Crystal Palace for a Monday night English Premier League clash.
The Hammers are fighting to avoid relegation to the Championship next season, coming into the game in 17th place with 32 points. They are four points behind Nottingham who beat Burnley 4-1 on Sunday afternoon.
Palace on the other hand are in 13th place with 42 points – coming into the match on the back of a three-game unbeaten run. Their most recent outing was an impressive 2-1 win against Newcastle.
West Ham are also looking to make it back-to-back wins after crushing bottom side Wolves 4-0 in their last match. They will be pleased that Tottenham were held to a 2-2 draw by Brighton, leaving them in the relegation spots and giving the Hammers the chance to pull away.
Palace beat West Ham 2-1 in the reverse fixture at the London Stadium, courtesy of goals from Jean-Philippe Mateta and Tyrique Mitchell. Jarrod Bowen scored the consolation goal for the home team.
