FKF Women’s Premier League preview
Ulinzi Starlets vs Trinity Starlets
The fixture, to be played at the Ulinzi Sports Complex on Saturday from 1100 Hrs, will headline this weekend’s battles. Ulinzi and Trinity currently occupy fourth and third position respectively on the table, with both clubs unbeaten at this stage of the season.
The hosts have managed to secure two wins and two draws from their first four matches of the season, with Trinity recording three wins and a draw on the other side.
Last season, the Soldiers obtained four points from their opponents, drawing 2-2 at home before securing a 2-1 victory away in Gilgil.
In the last five encounters between the two teams, Ulinzi have emerged victorious on four occasions, with one match ending in a draw.
Ulinzi will be particularly buoyed by the fact that they have a chance to set a record for the most FKF Women’s Premier League matches without defeat.
They are currently level at twenty-four with record FKF Women’s Premier League Champions Vihiga Queens.

In other matches, Kenya Police Bullets will be looking to maintain their 100% record when they host Bungoma Queens at the Police Sacco Stadium in South C.
The Bullets are top of the table with twelve out of a possible twelve points.
Another high-stakes fixture, Zetech Sparks welcome Vihiga Queens at the Mang’u campus grounds. The Sparks will be aiming for their first-ever league victory against Vihiga after securing a point last season.
The Legacy Makers, on their side, target all three points as they seek to redeem themselves after stuttering to a 1-1 draw against Ulinzi Starlets at home in Gameweek 4.

Newly Promoted Gideon Starlets will conclude Gameweek five Saturday matches when they face Kisumu All Starlets in the Nyanza Derby at the Raila Odinga Stadium in Homabay.
The two teams sit in the relegation zone of the log. Debutants Gideon are yet to secure a single point in the league, while Kisumu have just a single point after four matches.
A win for Kisumu elevates them out of the relegation area, while a historic victory for Gideon will boost their morale ahead of a possible renaissance.
