The match, which concluded the first day of the tournament, saw the Morans strike immediately. Just a minute after kick-off, Dennis Abukuse sliced through the left flank to score, giving the Morans a 7-0 lead after a successful conversion.
The Pitbulls had opportunities of their own, but they struggled to maintain possession in the Morans’ 22.

The Morans continued their dominance after the restart. A minute into the second half, Jackson Siketi seized a brilliant opportunity, piercing the Pitbulls’ defense and sprinting clear to the posts.
He extended the advantage to 17-0 after the conversion was slotted over.
