- Kakamega Homeboyz were held to a 1–1 SportPesa League draw by Tusker FC.
- The match was played on Sunday, November 2, at the Bukhungu Stadium.
- Meanwhile, Bidco United and APS Bomet settled for a goalless draw at the Kasarani Annex.
Oliver Majaka emerged as the savior for Kakamega Homeboyz, securing a 1-1 SportPesa League draw against Tusker FC on Sunday afternoon.
Homeboyz, now four matches unbeaten, stretched their lead at the top of the table to 14 points-just two ahead of second-placed Gor Mahia, who still have two games in hand. If Gor win their match later in the day, they will leapfrog the Western giants.
For Tusker, a hard-earned point on the road, courtesy of super-sub Dennis Oalo lifted them to 9 points and sixth place on the log and they are now five matches unbeaten.

Staged at the Bukhungu Stadium, the hosts dominated proceedings from the kickoff.
They crafted an early chance in the seventh minute when Josephat Lopaga met a superb cross from Estone Esiye, only for his attempt to be blocked by Charles Momanyi.
Brian Opondo was then called into action for Tusker, making a crucial save following a well-worked build-up between Omengo and Lopaga. Shortly after, Gedeon Bendeka missed a sitter from another excellent Lopaga cross.
The Brewers took 18 minutes to create their first clear opportunity through Eric Kapaito, but Eugene Ochieng stood firm in the backline to make a timely block.
As the match approached the half-hour mark, it became a back-and-forth affair. Bendeka and Lopaga squandered chances for Abana Ba Ingo, while Tusker’s Thomas Omalle had two opportunities and Kapaito another, but the contest remained a cagey stalemate.
Despite Tusker’s liveliness in the final 15 minutes of the first half, they could not breach the Homeboyz defense. The hosts faced the same frustration, and the half concluded without a goal.
The second half saw both sides make changes.
Homeboyz coach Patrick Odhiambo introduced Oliver Majaka and Rodgers Ouma for Glen Masava and Gedeon Bendeka, injecting fresh legs on the wings.
In response, Charles Okere made a single substitution, bringing on Dennis Oalo for Eric Kapaito to add new energy to the attack.
The change paid immediate dividends for Tusker.
Just ten minutes later, the super-sub Oulo broke the deadlock. He connected with a low shot from a well-laid cross by Fabian Adikinyi, who had won the ball in midfield, and slotted it past Edwin Omwabani.

Homeboyz nearly leveled the scores twice in five minutes. First, a combination between John Omondi and Oliver Majaka forced a save from Opondo, before Majaka saw another effort crash against the upright.
Just as it seemed the Brewers would see out the win, Homeboyz found their equalizer with three minutes of regulation time remaining.
Their own super-sub, Majaka, was the hero, snatching a point for the hosts as a defensive lapse allowed the Brewers to leave with a share of the spoils.
Bidco United vs APS Bomet
Meanwhile, at the Kasarani Annex, APS Bomet managed to snatch a point from in-form Bidco United after holding them to a goalless draw.
While the single point does little to change their immediate fortunes – they remain at the foot of the table with four points, it could prove valuable in their fight for survival as they search for their rhythm.
For Bidco, the draw takes them to 11 points from a possible 18 this season. However, they could slip to fifth place depending on other results.
