In a repeat of the 2023 and 2024 showdowns, Shogun formerly known as Samurai, once again fell to Shujaa in the final.

Shogun struck first, scoring just one minute into the game after capitalizing on a Shujaa error to take a 7-0 lead, with Anton Legorburu scoring and Francesco Cosculluela adding the extras.

The tightly contested match saw Shogun control much of the play, but Shujaa found their breakthrough just before halftime.

After earning a scrum penalty in the Shogun 22, they took full advantage. Samwel Asati provided a clever assist to Nygel Amaitsa, who powered through the Shogun defense to score, leveling the game at halftime after a successful conversion.
