Despite their poor run of form, Okere remains optimistic about securing their first win of the season.
Speaking to the press in Ruaraka on Saturday morning, Okere said:
We are going to face a team that has had a good run winning in the first two matches. We are however confident that we are building something, the mood in the camp is very high and we look forward to getting all the three points. Shabana FC Head Coach Peter Okidi, on the other hand, has made his team’s ambitions clear: the main target is to win their maiden league title this season.

When we started the season, we had our vision. In fact, we are here not just to compete but to win the league title, I can’t shy away from saying that. So, all we have to do is remain humble this season, pray to God, and work even harder to secure more positive results going forward.”
