So, I will go and work harder in training and then go and do my best in Tokyo. If I qualify for the finals, any medal will be okay for me,” he told SportPesa Blog during the recently held Kenyan trials.

On the other hand, Arop has also had an encouraging season, registering podium place finishes in most of the races that he has taken part in.
