Football Kenya Federation (FKF Cup) defending champions Kenya Police FC will begin their title defense campaign against Superior Hotels from Naivasha as they aim to qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup once again.

The 2025 edition of the tournament was officially launched on Monday February 17 at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi where all 64 teams were drawn.

The topflight attracted 12 teams, with additional clubs from the National Super League and Division 2, all set to compete on the weekend of February 22-23, 2025.

AFC Leopards, the most successful club in the tournament with 10 titles, will commence their campaign against Dero FC from Siaya, a team they previously faced at this stage in 2017, winning 15-1 on their way to lifting the trophy.

Last season, Ingwe finished third after being eliminated by Police FC in the semifinals.
