AFC Leopards will be desperate to end their five-match winless run against Tusker when the two sides face off at the Dandora Stadium on Wednesday evening with the match set to kick off at 4:00 pm EAT.
AFC Leopards, currently in ninth place with 15 points, will be aiming for a win after being held to a 1-1 draw by Kakamega Homeboyz last weekend when a late equalizer denied them all three points.
Charles Okere’s side, on the other hand, will be seeking their seventh win of the season and their fifth consecutive victory after beating Mathare United 2-0 over the weekend.
They will be looking to build on that momentum and reduce their deficit with the league leaders, or possibly even move to the top of the table.

The match is expected to be intense, as AFC Leopards have struggled to beat Tusker FC in their last five encounters.
Leopards last defeated Tusker in 2021 with a narrow 1-0 win, after which Tusker secured four consecutive victories with one match ending in a draw.
Last season, they drew 0-0 in the first encounter, while Tusker won 1-0 in the second match played at Tusker’s home ground.
Ingwe have received a boost with the return of goalkeeper Levis Opiyo, center-back Peter Maker and forward Brian Yakhama with interim coach Fred Ambani looking to secure his second win in charge.

In another fixture, Kariobangi Sharks will aim to build on their impressive 3-0 victory over Posta Rangers when they host Nairobi City Stars at Dandora Stadium.
Sharks had gone seven matches without a win, but with William Muluya at the helm, they will be targeting three points against Nicholas Muyoti’s side who narrowly defeated Murang’a Seal over the weekend.
At the SportPesa Arena in Murang’a, Bidco United will host Kenya Police at 1pm EAT.
Bidco are in good form after a 1-0 win over Gor Mahia while Kenya Police, under Etienne Ndayiragije, will be seeking their third win since the coach’s appointment.
A victory for Police would lift them further from their current 12th place.
Later in the day, Posta Rangers will host Kakamega Homeboyz at 4:00 pm at the same venue.
In other midweek fixtures, Ulinzi Stars will take on Bandari FC at Kinoru Stadium in the evening.
