SportPesa Mega Jackpot winner Gordon Ogada resurfaced with an extravagant official opening of his luxurious new home in Migori County on Friday.
Ogada remains Kenya’s biggest football jackpot winner after pocketing a handsome KSHs 230,742,881 in February 2018.
Indeed, records are set to be broken but this particular one is four years in the making and nobody has done one better since.
Coincidingly, the SportPesa Mega Jackpot has surpassed the KSHs 200 million mark and brings with it the chance for you to become the latest millionaire in town.
In a pompous occasion at the newly-built home in Nyatike, Migori County, he was backed by a community who have benefitted wholly since his win.
“Today is a special day and I am very grateful to God for making this happen.
“These are things I only used to dream about but now by His grace, I can welcome my friends and the community to break bread with my family as we celebrate this achievement,” Ogada told SportPesa’s blog.

The beautiful home sits on a three-acre piece of land surrounded by stunning views of hills, with Lake Victoria a stone throw away.
Samuel Abisai, who also won a colossal KSHs 221,301,602 in May 2017, was also in attendance and did not hide his happiness for his friend Ogada.
“This is a milestone for my brother here and I am glad that I could be here to show my support and congratulate him and his family,” Abisai underscored.
Ogada, who’s true passion is real estate, went on to explain that this is just an addition to the properties he owns and he is not done yet.
The father of three also has a home in Kitengela that he bought a couple of years ago and is in the process of launching a new exciting project in Ngong.
“I wanted to build in my rural home, a house that is just as good as the one in Nairobi and here we are now.
“My wife and kids can be as comfortable no matter which house they are in, for that I will forever be grateful to SportPesa,” the Manchester United fan exclaimed.
The colorful ceremony was highlighted by traditional Luo musical performances, loads of food and bonding for the entire community, who adore Ogada and his efforts.
Aside from bettering him and his family, Ogada has put children from the area through school, clothed the elderly and is in the process of digging a borehole to provide water for the entire community.
Next week, SportPesa’s blog will have an extensive feature of Ogada’s journey before and after his life-changing win, don’t miss out!
