SportPesa Midweek Jackpot surpasses 16 million

This week’s Midweek Jackpot will be played only on Friday, October 16.

The first fixture kicks off at 8pm EAT, while the final game is scheduled for 10pm EAT, meaning you could become a millionaire in less than three hours.

Burnley vs Wolves prediction – 10pm EAT

One of the standout fixtures in this week’s midweek jackpot will see Burnley host Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight, Friday, October 16, 2026, under the floodlights at Turf Moor for a crucial Round 11 clash in the EFL Championship.

Both sides were relegated from the Premier League together in May and are hungry to secure a vital victory to boost their push for a return to the top flight.

Nicky Hayen’s Burnley side heads into the contest on a three-match unbeaten run in league play.

After a resounding 4-0 away triumph at Watford, they battled to a 2-2 midweek draw against Charlton Athletic.

While they have built momentum on the road, the Clarets have struggled to turn home advantage into wins, recording four draws in five Turf Moor fixtures this season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers, managed by Cesar Peixoto, are looking to snap a rough patch after suffering back-to-back defeats following the international break, losing 1-0 to Middlesbrough and 3-1 to Bolton Wanderers.

Despite the recent slump, Wolves sit 10th in the table, six points ahead of Burnley, but they are navigating a substantial injury crisis.

The sides have been closely matched in recent history. Their last encounter on the final day of the 2025–26 Premier League season ended in a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor.
