This will mark the first time that the nation is playing at home since the 5-0 victory against Seychelles on 9th September 2025 during the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers at the Kasarani Stadium, where a brace from both Michael Olunga and Ryan Ogam alongside a Collins Sichenje header capped off a memorable evening for the home side.
