We’re all set for an action-packed night in the UEFA Champions League as favorites Arsenal and champions PSG highlight Wednesday nights matches.
Arsenal are still chasing a rather unlikely quadruple as they still hold a healthy lead at the top of the Premier League. The Gunners finished on top the Champions League table with 24 points, after winning all their games.
They travel to Germany to take on Bayer Leverkusen in the round of 16, while champions PSG renew their rivalry against Chelsea in the first leg.
In what has become the biggest and most frequent UEFA Champions League fixture, once again Real Madrid host Manchester City in the first leg of their round of 16 clash.
This is the fifth season in a row these two European heavyweights will battle it out in the knockout stages with City looking to avenge last season’s exit after a 6-3 aggregate defeat.

There is plenty of action lined up with teams eager to prove their might and qualify for the quarterfinals of Europes most elite club competition. Here we have a look at all the games scheduled to be played on Wednesday night.
Bayer Leverkusen vs Arsenal – Wednesday, 10PM
Leverkusen qualified for the last 16 after beating Olympiacos 2-0 over two legs. They come into the game unbeaten in their last three Champions League matches – not conceding a goal in that run.
Arsenal’s 100% record in the competition gives them an edge to make to the quarters, as they seek to match the record of most CL wins by an English club. Man City set the record with 10 wins.
Mikel Arteta’s side come into the game unbeaten in their last 11 games – winning the last four in a row. These two sides have played three games against each other and Leverkusen have never beaten Arsenal – losing twice and sharing the spoils in another.
Both squads have rather fully fit squads to choose from and we can prepare for a thrilling encounter here. Arsenal remain as favorites to come out on top, though goals provide an alternative betting option.

Bodo/Glimt vs Sporting – Wednesday, 11PM
The dark horses of the Champions League are prepared to continue their mesmerizing run when they host Sporting in the first leg.
Bodo have already beaten Manchester City, Atletico Madrid before knocking out Inter Milan 5-2 on aggregate in the knockout rounds. They are about to become only the second Norwegian side to reach the quarterfinals of the competition.
They take on a Sporting side who were surprise top-eight finishers in the league phase. The Portuguese outfit also boast a 12-game unbeaten run ahead of this clash.

Bodo are full of confidence as they aim to become the fifth side this century outside Europe’s top five leagues to win five consecutive CL games. This will be the first competitive meeting between these two teams, with the hosts tipped to get a positive first leg result.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City – Wednesday, 11PM

Madrid are on a rather inconsistent run of form coming into this game and will need to be wary of a potent City attack, if they are to make full use of their home advantage. The second leg is set for next Wednesday at the Etihad.
City already have one over their opponents this season, beating them 2-1 at the Bernabeau last December during the league phase of the competition. Erling Haaland and Nico O’Reilly both finding the back of the net after Rodrygo had put the hosts in front.
This will be Pep Guardiola’s 190th Champions League match in charge, drawing level with Manchester United great Sir Alex Ferguson.
