Chelsea vs Brentford – Saturday, 6PM
With only one win in their last five league matches, the pressure is on at Chelsea. They are currently in eighth place with 31 points.
They face a fifth place Brentford side who are unbeaten in their last five games, winning the last three consecutive matches.
Both matches pitting these two sides against each other last season ended in draws. However, Chelsea have not lost to Brentford since 2023.
Igor Thiago will be the main threat for the visitors, having scored 16 goals so far this season.

Liverpool vs Burnley – Saturday, 6PM
The reds seem to have snapped their poor run of form and come into the game unbeaten in their last five matches. Most recently, beating Barnsley 4-1 in the FA Cup.
They take on a Burnley side who are second from bottom with 13 points, but are coming off a morale-boosting 5-1 FA Cup victory against Millwall.
Liverpool have won all of the last five matches they have played against Burnley, conceding just one goal in the process.
Mohamed Salah has not returned from AFCON but Florian Wirtz and Cody Gakpo are primed to start and inspire a victory for the hosts.

Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal – Saturday, 8:30PM
With one win and four defeats in their last five games, Nottingham are just a place above the relegation zone with 21 points.

Meanwhile, Arsenal’s 3-2 away win against Chelsea in the EFL Cup semi first leg, made it 10 games unbeaten for Mikel Arteta’s side. They have also won eight of the last 10 matches played against their opponents.
Arsenal have also kept clean sheets in the last three games against Nottingham. However, the hosts are expected to at least get a goal in this tie.
The Gunners have scored 14 goals in their last five matches and are tipped as favorites here.

Aston Villa vs Everton – Sunday, 7:30PM
This match pits two teams who are on opposite runs of form, with Everton winning just one of their last five games. Villa on the other hand have only lost once in that run.
Their dismal run of form has left Everton in 12th place with 29 points, while Villa are in third with 43.
The Toffees have not beaten Villa in the league since 2023 and will need to be at their best if they are to get even a point from this game.
