Completing the Kenyan trio is Sebastian Sawe, who had a phenomenal year in road running. He secured two major victories in the World Marathon Majors series by claiming his first major win in April at the London Marathon with a time of 2:02:27.
He then won the Berlin Marathon in September, clocking a world leading time for the year of 2:02:16 despite warm weather conditions.
