They were joined by Shogun Rugby in the unscathed circle at the tournament being staged at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi.
All three teams clinched the top spot in their respective pools while the UK Select team secured second place in Pool A, which featured Shujaa, as Kenyan side KCB Rugby also claimed a runner-up position behind Shogun in Pool B.
Zimbabwe finished second in Pool C, trailing the dominant Morans.
Consequently, the Main Cup quarterfinals are now set. Kenya Morans will face the UK Select, while KCB is poised to lock horns with Zimbabwe.
Shujaa will take on the best third-place team from the three pools, and Shogun will confront the other best third-place finisher.
Safari 7s 2025: Round Three Recap

Having already collected two wins on Saturday, Shujaa entered their final group match brimming with momentum.
Nygel Amaitsa lit up the left wing early on, slicing through three Renegades defenders to open the scoring with a sharp try, though the conversion went wide.
Amaitsa was again the catalyst, doubling the lead for the Kevin Wambua-led side with another superb try, this time on the right wing, pushing the score to 10-0.
Shujaa continued to dominate proceedings, a fact compounded when a Renegades player was sent to the sin bin with a yellow card.
Patrick Odongo then electrified the vibrant crowd, powering through French defenders on the right flank to extend Kenya’s lead to 15-0 at the break.

Shortly after the second-half kickoff, Festus Shiasi surged forward to stretch Shujaa’s advantage to 20-0.
Their dominance continued as Jackson Siketi crossed the line, seemingly making it 27-0 after a successful conversion. However, the points were chalked off due to a serious injury to a French player during the build-up.
In the end, Shujaa sealed a commanding 20-0 victory, completing a perfect three-for-three run.
For the Morans, Elton Amalemba broke the deadlock in the third minute with a try from a camped-out attack at the Zimbabwean 22, taking a 5-0 lead after the conversion sailed wide.
In a tightly contested match, Zimbabwe surged ahead before halftime through Edward Sigauke, who evaded several defenders to score and convert, taking a 7-5 lead.
However, they were immediately dealt a blow with a yellow card, allowing the Morans to capitalize. David Nyagige dotted down just before the break, and with the conversion, Morans led 12-7.
Brian Mutua extended the Morans’ lead to 17-7 after the restart, creating a crucial ten-point buffer. The squad maintained their control, adding another try through Rayvon Ambale on the right wing for a 22-7 lead.
Substitute Arnold Agonda made an instant impact off the bench, scoring a final try to seal a 27-7 victory. The Moran finished Pool C undefeated, advancing to the quarterfinals.
Despite the loss, Zimbabwe also progressed as the pool’s runner-up with two wins. Apache was the only team in the pool without a victory, while ReUnion’s single win keeps them in contention for a quarterfinal spot as a best third-place team.

Meanwhile, KCB Rugby mounted a strong comeback on Saturday after a narrow 17-14 opening loss to Shogun.
They convincingly defeated the Uganda Rugby Cranes 40-12 before overcoming their compatriots, Nyati, a university select side – 21-7 to book their spot in the Main Cup quarterfinals.
In the same pool, Shogun Rugby, the 2024 runners-up, also completed the group stage without a defeat, securing three wins to top the pool and push KCB into second place.

The Uganda Rugby Cranes, like their fellow countrymen Walukuba, concluded their pool campaign without a win.
Nyati’s single victory places them in a favorable position to potentially advance as one of the two best third-place teams for the Main Cup quarterfinals.
