In a rain-soaked Jomo Kenyatta Stadium, the Bankers were first to draw blood through Samuel Asati.
Following a scrum on the Millers’ 22, he surged across the line, and Stephen Osumba added the extras, giving them a 7–0 lead within minutes.

The defending Dala 7s champions managed to narrow the gap to two points when Rayvon Ambale scored an unconverted try, bringing the score to 7–5 in KCB’s favor.
During the second half, KCB extended their advantage through Floyd Wabwire – a standout performer instrumental to the Bankers’ success this season, pushing the score to 12–5.
