David Maina has expressed how timely his SportPesa Mega Jackpot bonus was as his handsome win is going to revive him from such a low point in his life.
The businessman correctly predicted the outcome of 15 games in the SportPesa Mega Jackpot and won a bonus of KSHs 1,228,484.
The unfortunate Maina was forced to close his business in Nyamakima due to lack of funds and now he can revive his livelihood courtesy of SportPesa.
“This win has come at the perfect time because now I can revive the business that I was forced to close because I lacked enough capital.
“I have believed that SportPesa is very real and I will continue to play and maybe one day I can win the entire Mega Jackpot,” Maina told SportPesa’s Blog.
The SportPesa Mega Jackpot stood at an astounding KSHs 296,077,611 and he came within a whisker of becoming the biggest jackpot winner in the country.
He further explained that despite this not being enough money to finish his problems, it was more than a stepping stone for his life to be steered in the right direction.
“The Mega Jackpot will not get to the 300 million mark because I am going to win it. I urge people to play because you never know, anyone could be the lucky winner of all this money.
“I’m grateful to God for the win and to SportPesa for coming through for me. This is one of those moments in life I can never forget,” he concluded.
John Mungami, a taxi driver, was also lucky over the weekend and he became a millionaire after winning the same amount courtesy of the Mega Jackpot bonus.
Mungami managed to correctly predict the outcome of 15 games in the SportPesa Mega Jackpot and won a bonus of KSHs 1,228,484.
“I placed my Mega Jackpot bet on Friday and forgot about that story completely. I did not follow up to see how the games were going.
“Only on Monday morning did I see the Congratulations message before receiving a phone call from SportPesa,” Mungami stated.
He picked Stoke City to beat West Bromwich Albion in their Championship clash at the weekend but unfortunately it ended in a win for the away team.
In the Wolfsburg vs Bayer Leverkusen match, Mungami believed that the away team would come out on top, but it resulted in a stalemate.
“I have only been gaming with SportPesa for six months and I can confirm to everyone that this it is very real.
“This is the first time I have won, and I am so grateful to God and SportPesa for making this happen,” the father of two stated.
Mungami is a staunch Arsenal fan and he believes that his side are still on course to win the English Premier League despite a recent run of consecutive draws.
He is very happy that he will be able to pay school fees for his children and he plans to expand his taxi business to further provide for his company.
“I am going to pay for my kid’s school fees and maybe buy another car to expand my online taxi business.
“All this will help my family in the future and now that I have seen how real this is, I will keep trying to win the ultimate prize,” he concluded.
After the close shave, the progressive jackpot now stands at a whopping KSHs 297,236,741 and only costs KSHs 99 to place your bet.
