Tournament favorites Cameroon and Egypt will battle it out for a place in the African Cup of Nations finals on Thursday.

The Africa Cup of Nations kicks off on Sunday with host nation Cameroon all set to host Burkina Faso in the tournament opener.

Cameroon are the second most successful nation in the competition with five wins, the most recent coming in 2017.

Burkina Faso come into the game on the back of a 3-0 win against Gabon in their last encounter.

While Cameroon are also fresh off a 1-0 victory against Ivory Coast courtesy of a Karl Toko Ekambi effort.

All eyes will be on the Indomitable Lions as they aim to get their title quest off to a winning start in front of their home fans.
